I spent hours jumping through hoops to create multiple usernames and passwords. Called down to the bank multiple times and they said everything looked fine and didn't know why the website was giving me a code that said "You don't have persmission to perform this action." When I called down to the bank for help they said everything looked correct on their end. After troubleshooting for an additional hour, I was able to resolve the issue on my own. Your first loan payment cannot be made through autopay, so you will be forced to pay a $7.00 processing fee. I will be refinancing the loan with First Financial Credit Union ASAP. I should have told the dealership to not provide me with financing and just waited to buy the car until I was able to approve the vehicle through a organized credit union. Bottom line is if you use online banking go somewhere other than Nusenda.
