Nusenda bank in Uptown is simply my favorite location for banking in this town. Sadly, I will have to live closer to one of the other Nusenda locations here in the short future. Before I moved I just wanted to add to any positive words that could be said about these absolutely awesome Nusenda employees I just mentioned. Extra thanks to Alex and Bernard for tolerating my stresses and I think somehow I Teller checked with them more than anyone. Sincerely Gabe.

She was very unprofessional, had me mail in notarized documents, and have me upload the same documents only to tell me they couldn’t open my membership. She is racist, has a nasty attitude, is a liar, and wasted my time. Please stay far away from this credit union who like to play games with applicants personal information. I asked her why did she have me do all of the extra verification steps only to deny my membership and she kept being repetitive saying the same thing which didn’t make any sense. Beware of what will happen to you if you apply for anything at nusenda credit union.
