Couldn't get help at this branch if you begged. Walked in during business hours to open an acct. I stressed the importance of the need for a temporary loan for government workers who are without pay. The bank employee's first excuse was the lateness of the hour. When I pleaded my case of extenuating circumstances, his second excuse was that the underwriting team wouldn't get to it until tomorrow. He may consider another line of work as he obviously doesn't want to help. He wanted to schedule an appointment when he should schedule for some classes on business etiquette.

I have been a member of Nusenda for a while now. I’ve had several loans with them and have never been late with a payment. They have always been paid off. Today I applied for a loan that was really important. Desiree Apodaca didn’t bother to look at my loan and carefully review my loan before denying it. They go on and on saying how we are a valued member of Nusenda. I find that to be false. I’m done with Nusenda. I’ve been a loyal member. This proves that loyalty goes only one way. If you are considering Nusenda ……DONT!!

I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a payoff quote just for these losers to hang up on me.

We’re done with Nusenda.
We have a business that does about a million a year and all we wanted to do was to get a wire transfer and notarize a couple of documents.
The girl would notarized the documents was so bothered to help us. She looks at the documents and said Rudy “what am I notarizing here” and tried to wiggle her way out of the very simple task of notarizing because we didn’t have the full document. I’ve notarized plenty in my life and this experience was odd and then incredibly disrespectful to us, our needs and goals as business owners. Someone was in training and she was helping him help us, but her attitude was so bad it made us feel uncomfortable. We also called about a loan for expansion a couple of weeks ago and spoke to someone so dismissive and seemed to be trying their best to dissuade us from a loan. I believe it was the same person who “helped” with the notarizing. I ended up going to another bank and they actually listened to me and asked me questions to find the right product for us.
After this experience, we’re done.
I don’t know if Nusenda audits their employees or secret shops they, but they should consider for the sake of customer retention.
