- TCTrent CarrJul 13, 20221.0Went in there for what I thought would be something simple. Just needed to change my email and password used for my account, also wanted to see if I could remove my mother from the account since it was opened when I was still a minor. Ended up getting told that I was "overthinking" things and asked if "we were speaking the same language" by a lady with a heavy accent. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Ended up leaving without resolving anything. Thanks, PNC!
- FFFWFMay 3, 20211.0Seems this bank is always a Customer Service disaster waiting to happen! Latest encounter Called the bank 2x about their notary service, for a bill of sale. Made an appointment arrived with my buyer all needed paperwork as per the branch representative during my phone call. Notary Service refused bc my buyer was not a PNC account holder. TD Bank to the rescue, notary service free, without anyone being an account holder.

I also was overdrawn 2 dollars and they charged me 100 within less than 2 weeks until my direct deposit came in. Horrible people . Like stealing money from the blind . Got another bank who doesn’t charge me at all for overdrawn accounts .
