If I could give this place a zero I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I went in with my cousin who is disabled, he had a stroke and can't speak. Apparently his account was blocked for fraud. Which I 100 percent appreciate. When I spoke to PNC on the phone they told me to go to a branch with him and it would be taken care of. As soon as I was directed to an office the woman was rude, half listened to me and told me she can't help us because I don't have a POA. But I don't need that if he is phyically there and if she would have spoken to him. Than the branch manager Zovita got involved and it seemed like she was better to help us but for some reason they started speaking to each other in their language and she sided with her employee that there was nothing they could do unless I had a POA, so I made a complaint and corporate called me and apologized for what we went through and told me all they had to do was add me to the account and problem solved. I was trying to be nice and called the branch back to tell Zovita what I was told by corporate so that she can train herself and her employees if this should every come up again so another customer does not endure this ridiculous event that happened to us today. The branch manager just like before did not want to hear what I had to say which would be frustrating to anyone. Do you know she said that it was not her place to tell me how to resolve this by adding me to the account. If you have mondane day to day transactions go ahead to this location but if you need something done that requires half a brain DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I called this branch because I lost my debit card and needed a new one. I spoke to Alex the Branch manager, explained my situation and he told me to stop by and I'll be taken care of. When I arrived he greeted me and introduced me to Helen who would address my situation. Helen was kind and considerate and listened to my situation. Within a very short time I left with my new debit card. Great service PNC West Windsor and thanks again Alex and Helen!

So I have or had 3 PNC locations within 3 miles of my house. Now 1 was closed, 1 does not do in person deposits or withdrawals ( why is it even there) and 1 is full service. I am sorry to say that although I have been banking with PNC for many , many years I think its probably time to change. I want a bank that actually does what banks do; take my deposits and withdrawals.

Suzanne is the BEST! She's the manager at this branch and goes above and beyond always, especially today. I had a tall order and she helped me execute it swiftly.
My company uses PNC and I pass 3 other branches to go to this one, the employees here are all so pleasant, efficient and never give me a hard time or negative vibes like others I have encountered.
