Called four times over the course of two weeks trying to get in touch with her, and was told she's on vacation (week 1) or busy with a customer (week 2) but she'll call me back when she's available. Never received a call back.

I came into the branch because someone from fraud over the phone shut my card down without even asking my permission. She treated me very poorly on the phone I was very upset and frustrated with my experience and called customer service who advised me to go get a new card from a local branch. As soon as I walked into the branch, Maria immediately greeted me with a smile and immediately addressed my concerns and helped me get a new card, and helped me get approved for a credit card. She was super friendly and personable and turned a stressful day for me into a great one. I left the branch smiling and feeling better. Maria is wonderful and I’m so glad I chose this branch to help me out!
