- RQRobbie QuackenbushDec 8, 20251.0I have to travel over 30 minutes to get to the nearest PNC bank that I can make a deposit with and the one just below my job that is only five minutes away always seems to be either out of service closed, but then you’re gonna do an out of service of your ATM prior to you opening the store And at 8:50 AM your associate standing or looking at me but you don’t open till 9 AM oh wait regulations that’s right not customer care regulations follow them ever since Laura left this facility. It is turned to trash and garbage the employees don’t care. The employees cop an attitude I’ve had to file a previous Complaint now I want everybody to know that this PNC and McAfee burning Hamburg whatever you wanna call it is trash and the machines always out of service every time it seems like I come down there then I got Travel another 30 minutes to Newton what a joke and PNC don’t do anything about it cause I filed a complaint previously with PNC corporation all the way to the CEO and nothing ever gets fixed And yet this branch still continues to operate So then I wait till 901 and the line is still not open but that’s OK regulation doesn’t matter than either right 9 AM is 9 AM yes, photo is times stamped

Very rude and non communicative. Find somewhere else to go. Just trying to close an account and no one seems to know what’s going on.
