  This is the worst branch ever. I was trying to open an account. I went to the bank with all my documents. The branch manager reviewed them, told me he is going to send them to the back office and that he will get back to me in a day or two. I waited one week, and I called to follow up. Someone other than the branch manager answered the phone and I explained everything to the person. She took my name and phone number, told me the branch manager will call back. No call back. I called back several times, left voice messages, left messages with different people and the branch manager never called me back. He is the most unprofessional branch manager ever.

  extremely unprofessional! one teller was helpful and her name was Armani the other teller showed and made sounds that she clearly had an attitude. Then I explained exactly what the issue was and what department I needed to a worker named Abel then he continued to come out and try to solve a problem I know he couldn’t solve and he clearly didn’t know what he was talking about after 5 minutes of wasting my time I then requested a manager he spoke to him about 3 minutes then proceeded to lie to say he was in a meeting when in fact he didn’t walk out until 15 min later to start his meeting so I have been waiting for now about 30 minutes. I am in fact leaving this review while still sitting here waiting and this bank needs new staff. I am completely appalled and will be contacting corporate ! I did finally speak with the manager Christopher and I must say he was very helpful as well, however the other staff are really a bad look

  I would not recommend this bank. I felt very uncomfortable when I found out the assistant manager was punching my business partner to open an account with her to get commission for it. She also ask via my business partner via text message to send her a picture of my drivers license and social security to open me an account and I guess get commission out of it too. I suggest bankers don’t ask for personal information. 1) by text message 2) to someone that is not the person opening the account.

  So I walked into this location on today to cash some work checks. Once in the location, I was greeted by a young woman who was very displeasant and rude. She questioned me in an interrogation type of way as if I didn’t belong there. I am a former Federal Reserve employee and a current Hertz executive. This treatment is not acceptable and something needs to be done immediately. I will be taking further action.
