- DADominique AlvarezOct 30, 20251.0I used zelle to send my daughter very minimal amount of money they declined one transaction and I got the second one through but they charged me for both of them. They proceeded to still charge me using my funds without my approval. When I called they put it through a regular dispute process so now I have to wait for them to correct their mistake luckily I have screenshots of everything. I do know when I move I will not be using PNC any longer neither will my daughter.
