- DADominique AlvarezOct 30, 20251.0I used zelle to send my daughter very minimal amount of money they declined one transaction and I got the second one through but they charged me for both of them. They proceeded to still charge me using my funds without my approval. When I called they put it through a regular dispute process so now I have to wait for them to correct their mistake luckily I have screenshots of everything. I do know when I move I will not be using PNC any longer neither will my daughter.
- NANicole AJun 3, 20255.0After going to another PNC bank and them telling me I need an appointment to reprint my debit card and that since I didn’t have an appointment, it would take up to two hours I called Toms River PNC and asked them if I came in would I have to wait and could they reprint it immediately and they told me to come in they’d immediately reprint it no problem. I drove to the Tom River PNC Bank, who got me in and out within 10 minutes. They gave me quick, amazing service and the gentleman was very kind and super accommodating and helpful. Would definitely come back.

- NTNJ TutorDec 23, 20175.0This branch is open until 3pm on Saturdays. However, the vast majority close by 1pm or 2pm on Saturday. This is incredibly frustrating if you're out of town and need get to the bank. All branches should have similar hours. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to a branch up in North Jersey just to see it closed at Noon. Next two days they are closed due to the holidays. Just great.
