- NWNatasha WalshMay 3, 20251.0I will not be returning to this location. Black lady that answers the phone got smart with me and just sounded dumb. I called on a Saturday to confirm they where open till 1 pm because I’m driving from a far. Some locations in nj and ny do not have cash withdrawals, that’s a FACT. Second question I asked her is do they have cash there for withdrawals. She then got smart with me and said we all have cash it’s a bank. Just rude … I went there the other day but just making sure it’s the same location. she probably knew it was me and jealous because I have more in my savings then her and her kids. Just hating. Then the old spanish lady that works there I think was racially profiling me wanted to go through all these extra security measures to verify me that the other locations don’t go through. Just wanna give me a harder time. SMH

I am talking over $20,000. Money is gone they said. What do you mean gone ? Excuse meeeee, what the heck was your job? ( isnt still there a 0-star option on reviews? )
