- KKKyleJul 16, 20241.0Been with this bank for over 30 years and just fed up. A teller talked me into opening a credit card here and after a few years of not liking it and closing it out turns out they didn’t close it and gave me a 90 day late on a couple dollars in interest. Ruined my Experian score. This bank is a joke closing all their branches and I plan on closing my accounts today.

Went in yesterday for a replacement ATM card because mine was expiring and I did not receive a replacement. After the replacement was handed to me, I was told there may be a 7.50 charge on my account for the replacement card. First, if there is a charge, you should notify the customer prior to doing it! Second, how is it my fault that the card was not sent. I guess I will start looking for a new bank because this is not how you treat customers! When Orlando is there, the bank was much better!
