- NGnyc gSep 10, 20251.0PNC Bank will not help you when your account suffers from fraud or identity theft. Bigger banks like Chase have systems in place to help customers. I was told I am expected to review my account each day for unauthorized transactions. If I do not report fraud within 48 hours they can not help.
