- MRmarissa robinsonOct 17, 20252.0This office is ran unethical…I have visited this specific location to get money out my acct from one of the tellers at the window…they normally ask for drivers license or debit card to verify that you are the person the acct belongs too which I’m ok with… for some reason there was a white man that came in and ask for 50.00 and walked rite back out they did not ask for an ID which I know is against banking proceeders…I bought it to the managers attn and she said it’s up to there discretion if they need to id anyone…this office is one of the more important branches directly down the street from Jefferson hospital…with different type of people coming in …there should’nt be racist people running this office everyone should be treated the same !
