  Got married in October 2024 came into this bank in March 2025 to change my name,was assured no problem. Supposedly the name was changed. Had to come back in July 2025 because of the name still was not changed properly on my account or checks. It’s now April 2026 and my name is STILL not displayed correctly on my accounts and it seems like the staff don’t actually know what they’re doing. Everything is ‘oh let me contact customer service. Oh let me contact customer service…’ What’s the point of having an actual bank with people in it if all they do is call customer service to help you. The manager is pointless and the staff inside is absolutely useless.

  Long time business banking customer with PNC I’ve never had an issue until Jennifer & Anis left the branch sense then no one knows what’s going on and managers are rude and lack customer service! Went in to get a certified bank check and was told I have to wait 5 business days? I get them very often to pay suppliers, subcontractors etc Ive never been told this in the past 9 years banking with PNC. The manager walked over to the computer said nope can’t do it and walked away. Definitely reconsidering banking at this branch

  I had a great experience working with Nabila Abdelhadi at this PNC Bank location. She was an absolute joy to work with and made the entire visit feel welcoming and easy. Nabila took the time to walk me through features I already had available but didn’t even know about—like free checks included with my current card program—which I truly appreciated. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine hospitality really stood out. If you’re visiting this branch, you’re in great hands. Nabila and her team will absolutely take care of your needs!

  Worse PNC branch I’ve ever been to. Always an issue to perform normal banking functions, I don’t know what’s worse. The lack of empathy or the lack of ability to execute.
