- RRRandysAug 15, 20255.0I had a lovely experience yesterday at the bank I have been going to this branch for 1 month now here and there instead of PNC branches elsewhere I work closer to this branch however I enjoy the environment of this branch. Particularly I had a man by the name Alex help me and he explained everything clear and was very well mannered, calm and kind! He also explained to me the different offers they had at the bank that I did not know. He explained to me about The PNC Premier Traveler Visa Signature Credit Card letting me this card does not charge foreign transaction fees. I will probably be signing up for that in the future since I do travel a lot. We need more pleasant tellers like him.
