- NAN AFeb 8, 20251.0I visited this branch to ask a question and ultimately left without it being resolved. Customer service was worse than people working fast food jobs who don't care about their job. The woman I spoke to did not allow me to ask any questions and seemed to be lost in her thought, saying the same thing over and over while talking over me. I saw bank employees also being rude and petty with each other. I'd recommend driving further to another branch if you value customer service.

Her attitude made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected, which is not the level of service I expect. I hope management addresses this issue, as it greatly impacted my overall experience.
