- TWTommy WaddellApr 1, 20261.0This is the most Unethical Bank ever.as a retired us air-force disabled veteran, i was completely racial profile against by the drive thru teller and the branch manager jijo thayil, i was denied service at the drive thru and asked to come inside for no apparent reason, but due to my race.. i make the same transaction on the 1st of every month like any other service member. I will be pursuing this matter with legal representation! And withdrawing all my funds and cutting ties with this racist bank..Totally unacceptable..

Even going so far as to tell me that i was being offensive to him. Complete and utter jerk. Very dissapointed in PNC. As someone who travels for work ive gone to several different branches and had pleasant experiences but the one at Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville NJ is the absolute Worse branch of them all and that male manager needs to be fired.
