Both girls who helped me were virtually useless and didn’t know what they were talking about. My balance was put in the negatives of the check amount and they told me I had to pay the whole thing, even though the bank had already retracted the check. The PNC on Nassau Street fixed this problem for me effortlessly and did not try to extort me, so I will NEVER EVER be going to this branch again for help. I highly recommend avoiding at all costs, especially considering this wasn’t my first problem with them, but it was the nail in the coffin.
