Claimed he didn’t know how to do it and it would take a long time. He was trying to rush me out and told me that it might take 1-2 hours.

Even going so far as to tell me that i was being offensive to him. Complete and utter jerk. Very dissapointed in PNC. As someone who travels for work ive gone to several different branches and had pleasant experiences but the one at Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville NJ is the absolute Worse branch of them all and that male manager needs to be fired.
