  If I could rate this place a zero star I would but that’s not an option! If you want to WASTE your time go to this location. Waited 10 minutes in line to be asked if I was there for business. Once I told the teller I was there to deposit a check, he told me they take business first but he would take me. Like he was doing me a favor and I didn’t just stand in line for 10 minutes while he was talking to the customer before me, about nothing to do with banking. Once I approach, he said it was PNC policy for business first, which is a lie because I called corporate and they said they don’t have that policy. So I asked for my check back and left. Today I took all my accounts out of PNC to another bank. I honestly don’t know what the hiring process is there, but it is not customer service. Not WASTING my time with PNC.

  This bank is horrible. Don’t go here, they don’t care for their customers and lie about helping you just so they can hurry up and run home. HORRIBLE service all around!!!!!! Don’t bank with PNC!!!
