- GSGustavo SimoesNov 13, 20251.0If I could rate this place a zero star I would but that’s not an option! If you want to WASTE your time go to this location. Waited 10 minutes in line to be asked if I was there for business. Once I told the teller I was there to deposit a check, he told me they take business first but he would take me. Like he was doing me a favor and I didn’t just stand in line for 10 minutes while he was talking to the customer before me, about nothing to do with banking. Once I approach, he said it was PNC policy for business first, which is a lie because I called corporate and they said they don’t have that policy. So I asked for my check back and left. Today I took all my accounts out of PNC to another bank. I honestly don’t know what the hiring process is there, but it is not customer service. Not WASTING my time with PNC.
