  Deposited $7,000 dollars to principal, I already paid the month of March. My balance after paying $7,000 to principal, should be 18,564.12 my husband and I look in our account, and see a balance of: $19,700.12 we go to the local branch, show the deposit slip that says payment to principal $7,000 dollars balance: 18,564.12 they call the main branch and they said they'll fix it. 5 days later the balance went from $19,700.12 to $20,834.00 I am trying to figure what kind of inept folks are handling our money in the main branch, the obviously don't know to add and subtract. How can U work at a bank, and you don't know to add and subtract? How many times have you stolen from hard working folks like husband and I? I hope someone in the bank is smart enough to know to subtract correctly. Please always ask for a receipt, and keep it, cause PNC Bank would blatantly steal your money cause obviously they don't know to add and subtract. Avoid PNC Bank period.
