Here is the original review: Not the best at customer service, although they WILL call when you answer an automatic customer survey. They do their best to welcome you, but after that they seem uninterested in you as a customer. They are doing the LEAST

Unfortunately, they were no help for me with some banking issues and I ended up going to another local PNC Branch and they cleared up all of my issues. Quick deposits and cash withdrawals come with warm greetings, but don’t expect anything more than that.
