- DVDaniel VillamonteNov 14, 20253.0Its a great bank but the person in charge of scheduling the teller's hours and starting times needs better coordination. On the 3rd of every month when its the busiest there are only two or sometimes just one and the line keeps getting longer. Sometimes you get customers that start chatting with the teller about none banking business and so on. Upper management should be aware of this since everything is on camera.

Since this is my local bank, I really don’t have anything else in the area that I can use for some strange reason they close the ATMs after business hours and direct you to the ATM down by the college, with a sign in the front window, the only problem is that ATM doesn’t work. And now I’m wondering to myself why do I use PNC when Chase up the road is working just fine and their ATMs are open TD Bank in the mall is working fine and their ATMs are open.
