- DVDaniel VillamonteNov 14, 20253.0Its a great bank but the person in charge of scheduling the teller's hours and starting times needs better coordination. On the 3rd of every month when its the busiest there are only two or sometimes just one and the line keeps getting longer. Sometimes you get customers that start chatting with the teller about none banking business and so on. Upper management should be aware of this since everything is on camera.

The card identifier is broken and I can’t even use the atm there it is very stressful trying to get to my own money without being charged extra from other atms in the area. Please fix it I am not the only costumer that was trying to get in. We were all upset and in agreement that it is a big inconvenience when we are hard working loyal clients.
