I started with PNC due to them being the closest branch to my previous house and they were all friendly and had a good environment. Moved to Parlin only to find the complete opposite here. I want to clarify that Dawn, their so called “Supervisor” is extremely rude and unprofessional with no intentions to try to help the customers in any way. Someone has to train her on how to deal with customers. More over, she brings such a bad atmosphere to the store and all the previous reviews clearly states it. She is the reason I will be switching to another bank. Hope PNC fixes this as soon as possible before losing more people.
- MLMai LeNov 17, 20183.0It’s decent service for a bank. The tellers are fast and I find them friendly. I usually go on Saturdays so there are always the same two tellers. My only negative comment about this is the layout of the office. When I’m waiting to be helped by someone other than the tellers, you can hear everything that they’re asking the other clients. I just wouldn’t be comfortable talking to them about financial issues out in the open like that.
