When an associate finally was free, he looked up and spoke Korean to a woman and took her ahead of me. I waited for another 15 mins. until the next representative was available - - who was great and worked efficiently . I'm just glad I had the time to wait. I think the reps. should ask who is next - - and ask in English and Korean if necessary so people who don't speak Korean aren't at a disadvantage.

Mr Cho was was extremely helpful in help me get my debit card replaced one time. This location has a parking lot in the back and 24/7 atms.
