- CWCeleste Worthington5 days ago1.0I needed to get my debit card replaced. There was one person ahead of me and all bank associates were busy. When an associate finally was free, he looked up and spoke Korean to a woman and took her ahead of me. I waited for another 15 mins. until the next representative was available - - who was great and worked efficiently . I'm just glad I had the time to wait. I think the reps. should ask who is next - - and ask in English and Korean if necessary so people who don't speak Korean aren't at a disadvantage.

Mr Cho was was extremely helpful in help me get my debit card replaced one time. This location has a parking lot in the back and 24/7 atms.
