  Lazy short Hispanic woman in the office acted as if she did not hear me tell her that my bf needed to open a account there and started taking people that came after us before us and when confronted said that I didn’t say anything which I did and then said an appointment needed to be made to make a checking and savings account after we waited an whole hour, which was false because the man at the counter told us to sit and wait for a representative at the branch to make the account and the other lovely manager Angela took care of us and made us a checking and savings account in about 30 minutes. Very ridiculous, don’t work a job if you don’t want to do.

  As a 29-year-old Black business owner, I find it concerning that on multiple visits to this branch, the level of service I received did not align with the standards expected of a professional banking institution. On more than one occasion, I was addressed in a manner that felt dismissive and unnecessarily scrutinizing, which created an environment that did not feel welcoming or supportive of legitimate business banking activity. Given that I conduct regular transactions and operate within this community, I believe it is reasonable to expect consistent respect, professionalism, and equitable treatment. Unfortunately, those expectations have not been met. I hope management reviews these concerns seriously and commits to improving the customer experience for all clients.

  easily the worst banking experience of my lifetime. The bank accepted my paperwork (POA) for deposit of a large sum of money and refused to allow me to use the same to make a small withdrawal for my ill Mom. I had been making deposits for a few years because I was utilizing pnc as a savings bank and they are not really in the city. Each and every time I had Mom with me who suffers from Alzheimer's. I had an emergency and needed 10k, a small portion of what was on deposit, to pay a bill for Mom, the primary. I had never ever made a withdrawal and was now being told I could not make it. They cut off my access to my money and only said I could not make a withdrawal, when in fact they rendered the account completely no access and put a note on the account that I was being investigated for financial elder abuse. I had the banking commission deal with them & went right back to Citibank. They are not nice people and the New Jersey banking commission sided with me. How is it that you accept the deposit but refuse to honor the withdrawal request. BTW, I was told there was no way that that money was mine and they were right, it was my parent’s. Funny actually that as an African-American family it is routinely suspect if we are wealthy. I have never entered this bank since, I even processed the full and total withdrawal at a different PNC. Appalling and highly upsetting.

  Lisadenise Ricks is so helpful. She is knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I truly enjoyed my experience and I know that I can come in anytime and I’ll leave satisfied and educated.
