  We began the process of opening a business account with Tom literally 3 weeks ago. I'm baffled as to what could possibly be taking so long and now we're just at the point that of being ignored. I've been a PNC customer for years with multiple accounts. I'm happy to say my own local branch (Wellington, FL) is terrific and highly responsive. So much so that I tried to introduce my contact in FL to the contact in OCNJ via email to see if any help could be lent to move this along. My FL contact responded immediately to the email two weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten an email response from the contact in OCNJ. I'm at a loss.

  Went into the OCNJ PNC branch to cancel a cashier's check that had been issued in a different branch in Philadelphia after just getting off the phone with customer support. They informed me that I would have to go into the original branch where the check was issued to have it cancelled. I had already had an appointment so I figured I would try anyway. I was greeted promptly and kindly by Deepika Casula who I had the appointment with that day. She went above and beyond helping me and tried multiple avenues to solve my problem of the cashier's check that I needed to have canceled. Deepika ended up solving the issue without me having to return to the original branch in Philadelphia saving a trip and a lot of time. Today she followed up and called me informing me that the check had been canceled, the funds were deposited by her personally, and that I would receive my money the next day. She made the process that had been a nightmare turn into something amazing and I really appreciated everything she did to help me in my situation. I imagine she does this for all of her customers and I am glad I got to have this great experience.

  Crappiest bank ever. No explanations on website. The only way to find out what you need to open an account or transfer money is to go to the bank, be told you need more, and have to return. That then tell you that you need more documentation. Bank workers are idiots who do not know what they are doing and change the rules every time
