  I was having a problem on the phone for over a month trying to dispute something, with no luck, and given the runaround. I went to this branch and saw Leslie, who is amazing!! She fixed my problem right away! My nightmare is over! Thanks Leslie!

  WORST PNC EVER!!!! Horrible customer service. Never enough people working, there is always a wait. An employee (i believe from upstairs, maybe business banking?) made a racist comment to me one time. I guess because we were the only 2 white people in a lobby full of hispanics he thought he could make a joke about being an english speaking minority. Well, yo soy latino tambien, estupido. Just because I don't have an accent doesn't mean I'm like you. Also, the young lady who helped me open a savings account recently did NOT know what she was doing.

  absolutely the worst pnc bank ever. long wait times for simpke transactions. understaffed. the atm consistently either doesnt work or acts like its working only to say that your transaction has been cancelled at the very end.
