- ASAman Singh4 days ago5.0Went for a deposit and the process was fast and pleasant. Tellers were kind. The door was open as I entered greeted more than once. Had a question and the Teller Supervisor was very helpful and patient.

Said it was a longer process without a debit card & acted like it was a problem . When I addressed how they made us feel I was told By manager that I took it the wrong way. Going to deposit money shouldn't be a hassle & then they act like your the problem

How does that make any sense when it says to be completed by financial institution? My company rightfully says that my bank needed to sign off instead. I went to another branch the one in downtown New Brunswick as they’re far more useful & helpful than this worthless branch smh 🤦🏻♂️
