It truly saddens me to see that PNC does not value its dedicated staff. Poor Jaquita was managing a busy teller line and the drive-through all by herself. She handled this with patience, grace, professionalism, and a smile. Companies should genuinely appreciate employees like her who show up and make these establishments thrive through their strong work ethic, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. I urge you to consider hiring more individuals like Jaquita to reduce the workload and demonstrate that you value dedicated employees like her. My 5 stars are for Queen Jaquita!
