  This branch should be closed the women always have attitudes and do the bare minimum to help you. IRS sent my money there direct deposit to an account I closed and they’re not going to release the money unless the IRS sends them a letter or fax requesting it to be returned to them. I don’t get it why not just send it back automatically. Pissed off I spent all day there and no results

  I frequently conduct business at the Liberty Branch of PNC Bank on Central Avenue in Newark, and time and again, I notice the same teller, Jaquita, holding it down solo. It truly saddens me to see that PNC does not value its dedicated staff. Poor Jaquita was managing a busy teller line and the drive-through all by herself. She handled this with patience, grace, professionalism, and a smile. Companies should genuinely appreciate employees like her who show up and make these establishments thrive through their strong work ethic, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. I urge you to consider hiring more individuals like Jaquita to reduce the workload and demonstrate that you value dedicated employees like her. My 5 stars are for Queen Jaquita! You are appreciated 👏🏾

  For the past 3 years i haven’t had no issues walking in here, is so different now, employees been super nice to me

  This branch is horrible! Other PNC branches have treated me awesome, but this branch is by far the worst experience i have ever had at a PNC!
