Marlon, their branch manager was also super kind and helpful. I happened to walk by the Ferry St. branch and was met with a knowledgeable, friendly staff that was able to answer all my questions in an extremely knowledgeable and concise manner. It goes without saying that I will be opening my new account with PNC. I didn't open one immediately because of a document I was missing. I look forward to seeing this friendly staff again.
