- YJYuelin JiangApr 22, 20231.0Racist and incompetent staff. I walked in to open an account. I look Asian, the first question the white bank teller asked is: "Are you a citizen or resident?" Just wow. Took them 2 hours and 2 men to unable to open an account. They dont know what they are doing. Asked me to input information 4,5 times. No water, no self introduction, no apology, zero communication. I have to ask repetitively to get straight answers. Cuz they're closing and can't open an account, they threw us out. Clearly they don't want our business. Don't go. Can't trust any of them.
