  The last time that I came here I lost my debit card and was helped from a bank representative who didn’t tell me that I was to be charged a fee. That annoyed me because I’m right there..there should be no lack of communication. Today I walk into an empty branch where there were no customers at all. I see a woman names Arisleida who looks at me but doesn’t great me so I say hello and ask if it’s the same for an atm deposit vs a teller deposit. She says no. So I stand at the window and start to sign my check and prepare for business to begin. I’m standing for about a minute and turned to ask if the teller option was closed and Arisleida stands to tell me she thought I was going to go outside because there wasn’t a difference yet she is behind me watching me at the teller window, not the table in the middle, the teller window. Mind you, there are NO customers inside the office. She takes her time to walk around and another teller comes out as well. I ask if she is opening and she tells me someone is coming around now and honestly I didn’t want Arisleida to even touch my things or help me at that point because she was being lazy. She had a deposit slip next to her and proceeded to tell me to get one behind me as an order, not polite but a a directed order. It’s no wonder there’s a bullet proof glass here at the teller window yet the location I usually go to has none and those people are polite with common courtesy and mutual respect. I don’t know who hired Arisleida but she is a bad business decision. Training won’t help this, the appreciation after the loss of her job will

  I have been with this bank a little over a year. Every time I check my account I find out something new about PNC Bank, they charge you for everything. I was not aware of the charges because I was never told about the fees when I opened up the account. I'm leaving this bank ASAP. Never go into something without knowledge, surprises are bound to happen.

  The ATM is not available 24 hours! This is a big inconvenience because when I have to deposit my check from work, I can't... ATM only operates when the bank is open so this includes Sunday when it's closed, the ATM is also unavailable...
