The information was sent in with a month to create. With one week left before the tax deadline I called in everyday and sent 3 emails requesting the document. I never heard back from the secretary or Arthur himself. Yesterday taxes were due and still have yet to receive this simple document and had to file for an extension. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable.
