It's never been an issue at other banks, especially since my bank isn't close. They then asked if I wanted to open an account, which I was already considering since they're conveniently close. But now, seeing how they treat potential customers, I'm no longer interested.

I was not able to get any assistance regarding my issue when I visited in person although I scheduled an appointment I was not sat with and my issue was just disregarded at the desk. They gave me unnecessarily complicated instructions and the employee was speaking in a very angry tone although I was just trying to understand what was required of me. I later was able to solve it within minutes when I contacted the bank online.
