  Easily the best accountant around. First off, he knows his stuff. Highly technical and knowledgeable when it comes to doing personal and business tax planning. He communicates well so that you actually understand what is going on. He's everything you'd ever want and then some when it comes to doing your taxes. Reasonably priced but worth every penny.

  I am truly saddened to write this review but due to lack of professionalism from Roseanne Mallozzi I must bring the poor experience I had to attention. Not only did this company up charge me $150 during an pandemic (my taxes last year cost $75). After explaining there is no way I could pay that and that it was outrageous to upcharge my that much Roseanne proceeded to be very unprofessional and extremely rude claiming the price is the price. So when I then asked her to mail me back my W-2 she got an attitude and told me she could email it and I told her no I want my hard copy back please she then hung up on me and emailed me my W-2 like specifically asked her not to do. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my W-2. I also sent my complains to another worker who was much nicer who then sent my email to a higher power, and I have heard nothing back. Customer service skills are completely lacking in this greedy trash of a business. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TAXES!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!
