The check was deposited and the drive thru teller put it through for 400.00 instead of 40. THAT IS A HUGE MISTAKE. I went into pnc bank to have it corrected and they told me there was nothing I could do and I would have to wait WEEKS to have the dispute go through in order to get my money back. The manager wouldn’t speak to me after asking several times to talk to him and the entire pnc staff is rude and always have an attitude no matter when you go. The 400$ was then taken out of my account and pnc bank did nothing to resolve the issue. They need new employees all around at this location. Staff needs to be able to recognize their mistakes and when it comes to people’s money you can’t make mistakes and add 0’s. Absolutely ridiculous.
