  The worst service ever, no one answers the phone. When I did speak to someone they left me on hold for 20 minutes.

  ⚠️ Be very careful with this bank. My experience was confusing and concerning. I issued a check from this same bank to one of my employees to be cashed. On his first visit, he was told the fee to cash the check was extremely high, even though the check was issued by the same bank. They attempted to charge him $43, which seemed excessive. The employee came back to inform me, so I called the bank’s main customer service line, where I was told that the fee should not be that high. The next day, the employee returned to the bank, and surprisingly, he was charged a much lower amount, around $20 and some change, for the exact same check. This kind of inconsistency creates serious concern and lack of trust. Fees should not change depending on the day or the person assisting you. I strongly recommend being very cautious and confirming all fees beforehand.
