Maybe management should have at least 2 tellers available at all times? either way, only giving the 5 star review BECAUSE our teller was amazing and professional! other than that, maybe only 3 out of honestly.

I Should be able to give them all a ZERO stars. Walked in, had teller put my name in the cue and told me to go have a seat. Waited another 20 mins as one employee told me she would be right with me-after 20mins. The other employee totally ignored me until I was walking out the door-and the third gentlemen in his office I was watching him sleep as I was patiently waiting. Employee who stopped me at the door finally acknowledged me and said she would be done in another 5mins and to please not leave-I told her that I had a personal banker with PNC who quit and I don't blame him!!! If I could move all my accounts out of this joke of a bank I would but unfortunately I cannot get someone to help me do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I briefly told her my experiences and she replied back-I don't blame you for wanting to close ALL your accounts!
