- MMMartyNov 13, 20251.0Currently on line at drive thru, going on 12 minutes because the teller is alone and working both to drive up and the inside of the bank. This is unfair to her and all customers. This is very poor service. Have more people on duty. The response I received from PNC Bank was generic and does not say that they are going to fix the problem. They did however request that I contact them privately moving forward. They must understand this will not happen because I think we get more effective changes when the public is aware of what's going on. There will be no private messaging. Further post will be right here.
