Having moved from Emerson to USR five years ago, I switched to PNC of Montvale. The bank is rarely busy and the ladies are all so polite. It's a pleasure to work with Valerie when I have something other than everyday banking to take care of. She's on top of the details and makes it easy to understand. Never a wait on line or at the ATM. I really like this branch a lot. Thank you.
- S0steve 000000Nov 25, 20251.0Lousy customer service, they wanna ramble ramble ramble on the phone and not let you get a word in, couldn’t help but lose my temper all because they wouldn’t let a friend of mine, make a paper deposit when someone from their place told me the day before that it was perfectly fine. I’ve been dealing with them for almost 20 years and that’s the way they treat a customer ! The girl was like a little snot nose !
