- NNNahrJul 9, 20241.0Stela, at the front desk, was so rude. Not only did she seem uninterested in her life and job, she refused to listen to what I was trying to tell her. My daughter is a minor and does not have a school ID but she needed her bank statement. It started with a simple passive aggressive statement and then followed with her making faces to her blonde coworker that had glasses. We had my daughter’s social, PNC bank card and even her online school account which is used as a school ID. She still refused and said she wouldn’t be using a “website” to give us the bank statement. She said this with a smirk. It was a terrible experience
