- LLLG LGNov 19, 20211.0I used to love this PNC branch... not anymore. I have 2 accounts. For one account, I wanted to take off my daughter which was added by mistake, so I called the branch. After thorough verification, the branch manager - Carrie Diona - told me that she can close my account over the phone, but she cannot take out my daughter over the phone, even though we can be all three of us on the phone, with proper verification of myself AND my daughter... not possible, we both must go in person to the bank. It does not make sense... she can close the account over the phone, but cannot take off one of us over the phone??? In this pandemic? Not to mention that my daughter lives more than an hour drive away.
