They were not truthful (liar is an ugly word, isn't it?), unhelpful, and lacking any skills in that tool box of "customer service". I spent FOUR DAYS, needlessly being stressed out by these examples of terrible admins. PS: Outsourcing is costing more money than you're saving, PNC. Thank you, Manu, for all of your hard work.
