When I was Trying to tell her how I would like my cash she wouldn’t even let me talk she just said no. I became so flustered I didnt Know what to say. Like she wasn’t even gonna try and figure out how to help me. I will Never return to this branch and I’m considering changing banks. I never Want to feel like how I felt Today after my experience. I was So upset.

He is unbelievably rude to all customers as I have observed in the past three weeks. Today he was so awful that despite my 35 year relationship with PNC, I am headed to TD bank to open an account. I can't believe that PNC would retain an emplyee this hostile and rude.
