- NANicole AJun 3, 20251.0I waited for 15 minutes in line so I could get my debit card reprinted because mine expired and the new one got “lost in the mail” according to PNC customer service. After waiting, the associate told me I’d have to wait up to 2 hours and I needed an appointment to reprint my debit card but I told them I called PNC customer service who told me any branch can reprint it immediately with no appointment. The associate told me I was given wrong information. So in front of her I called Toms River PNC and asked them if I came in would I have to wait and could they reprint it immediately and they told me to come in they’d immediately reprint it no problem. I drove to the Tom River PNC Bank, who got me in and out within 10 minutes.
