  Absolutely the worst customer service! Extremely slow and very unknowledgeable on many aspects! Come on PNC, you can do better!

  My family does all of its business banking with PNC so I’m not quick to leave a terrible review. However, this branch has terrible customer service. I can’t even call them to speak to anybody because they just let the phone ring for five minutes and never even pick up the phone. The lady in the drive-through, a dark skinned woman with long braided hair, didn’t even bother looking at me, saying hello, asking me if I needed anything else, or saying goodbye. She didn’t even acknowledge me. She just sent back my deposit slip and went about her day. About 5 minutes later I checked and she had deposited the money into the wrong account. Now, if she would have spoken to me, we could have had a conversation about which account to put it into. Instead, I was ignored. For someone working in a strictly customer service based industry, you should have at least a modicum of basic customer service knowledge, such as greeting your customer. And as I am reading through all the reviews here, it seems like I’m not the only one with an issue. There are plenty of banks to choose from and plenty of branches and I am not going to be quick to come back to this one.

  Worst PNC Bank I have ever been too. Went to the window to get a deposit slip and this very rude black girl completely ignored me after she asked what I wanted while she was talking to her co worker. Also the manager/supervisor that was working there was very rude to me and the other customers inside the bank as well. I would highly recommend hiring better people and training them in the basic skills of customer service.

  JUST WANT TO SAY PNC BANK IN LUMBERTON IS AWESOME.. WANT TO GIVE SPECIAL THANKS TO AITZA CARTER.. THIS YOUNG LADY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO BEAUTIFUL.. SHE TRULY KNOWS HER JOB.. SO IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA THIS IS A GREAT PNC BANK

  Staff is totally inept. Do not use this location. Tried to cash a $200 check against my account which had over $200 in it which I could have done at the ATM only it would not read the check. Went inside and employ did not know how to make that happen! On my way now to another bank to where the check is drawn on to cash the check and also take our business elsewhere.
