  Worst PNC Bank I have ever been too. Went to the window to get a deposit slip and this very rude black girl completely ignored me after she asked what I wanted while she was talking to her co worker. Also the manager/supervisor that was working there was very rude to me and the other customers inside the bank as well. I would highly recommend hiring better people and training them in the basic skills of customer service.

  JUST WANT TO SAY PNC BANK IN LUMBERTON IS AWESOME.. WANT TO GIVE SPECIAL THANKS TO AITZA CARTER.. THIS YOUNG LADY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO BEAUTIFUL.. SHE TRULY KNOWS HER JOB.. SO IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA THIS IS A GREAT PNC BANK

  Can you give ZERO stars-there customer service is Horrendous!!!!! Was in the branch three weeks ago-was told that the information I requested would be sent to me in 4 to 5 business days still have not received it-I actually went home and called the branch back on the same day- then spoke to Joseph and he actually said to me-why don't I remember what a check was written for two years ago-WOW!!! my reply was well if you notice the account is in two names and I DID NOT write the check-It was my mother who is on HOSPICE. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was not able to look up the information I needed until I had a list to give him and to call back!!!!

  My husband went to this PNC location during his lunch break to request a cashier's check for the closing/settlement on our home. I guess my husband did not fit the description of someone who would be able to pull out a large sum of money as they made him jump through hoops to prove he that he was not trying committing a fraud. When asked if this was protocol for everyone and at all PNC locations....you could hear crickets...no one had an answer. Not to mention how foolish the staff looked when he returned with the "extra" documents he needed to prove himself. He ultimately received the check but it's a shame he had to go through the extra trouble when the same probably would not have been asked of others...
