- EREddy RogersSep 22, 20251.0I love dealing with PNC in Bergenfield or Englewood, the one on Leonia is a very difficult branch to deal with. you are looked as if you are from another planet, when taken care from certain culture. Go to Bergenfield or Englewood if, you don't belong to the predominantly races in the area. On the other hand, the ATM always has a problem. Bergenfield and Englewood, 5 stars, Leonia, 1 star.

- MLMr. L.Dec 4, 20141.0I have been using the Leonia branch for about 5 years now. Every Saturday I cash and deposit my check by the drive thru trusted them so much I never needed a receipt. The last time I went I ask if they can cash my check and deposit half of it which never was a problem shortly after going home I realized they indeed cashed my check so I can have some of the funds available but decided with the remainder of the cash decided to deposit it as a transaction. when I called to complain the tellers comment was I was doing you a favor. when I asked the teller she said there is nothing she could do it was still 1:40 on Saturday during banking hours. I ended up calling 800-PNC-BANK and after dealing with the automatic secretary for 40 minutes a customer service agent came on and said she didn't understand why the branch manager would take care of it she had already cashed the check. Point Being I strongly recommend double checking the work that you expect the Leonia Branch to do.
