With 2 forms of proper id and after waiting over 40 minutes, and having the bank call the client to confirm the check, they still needed "additional verification", the teller typed on her computer another 10 minutes then made 2 phonecalls both of which she had to find the number and now we're 45 minutes in and im still waiting.

We paid 10.00 for the duplicate and DMV texted the duplicate ID. The teller and manager wanted nothing to do with my niece and I. They refused to help us! There is nothing like the feeling of being discriminated against! If there are any PNC customers and would like help, please visit the PNC in Manchester! They are helpful, kind and compassionate! I hope the teller and manager are FIRED! P.S. I had to give it one star to leave my review!
