Certain tellers are lazy and just don't want to work, & when you explain how you need a transaction done that is specific they still do things to make it easier for them. 1 customer shouldn't have to wait for 20 mins while 4 tellers are standing doing nothing. Really need to retrain staff or let people go & hore more ambitious pleasant employees.
