  Very rude Castillo on the teller line I am a business banker with multiple business accounts and I was told no manager or assistant manager in the whole JC bank and she is the only teller working and answering the calls . Refused to give me convenient checks for my business. Shame on PNC bank

  I went this week and last to get a couple of cashier check, was fine all week. Today the head Teller was there and said no. Because the check are going company and I can do that from my personal account. I’m was what, so when ppl get cashier check they can only be to another person. Which we all know isn’t true. She was very rude very condescending. I have been with PNC for over twenty year now and I have to say I don’t think I want to be with them anymore. I tried to get help from a different employee that saw me there earlier this week. She look afraid of the head teller and said I can’t do nothing if she said no. Worst of all banks I ever walk used.
