The customer service / teller associate and branch manager were very unprofessional and unknowledgeable about PNC's products. He was arrogant and inexperienced in dealing with his associates on issues relating to customer service and experience. PNC needs to seriously reevaluate the management and staff at this branch. They give PNC's brand a bad name and I will never consider PNC for any of my future financial services needs. EVER.
