They are trying to contact the person who is their superior but that person never acknowledged them. It’s terrible when the employees can not get any sort of assistance from upper management. Way to go PNC.

I understand shift changes can take time but there must be a procedure for tending to clients other than having them wait long enough to write a bad review and miss their train. PNC is better than this.
