  I went to this branch to reset my newly received ATM card, the assistant manager was extremely rude and told me I have to take off my headphones, excuse me??? I presented all my IDs, the IDs I presented to open the account at NY branch and answered all the security questions accurately. He showed me very bad attitude and rude behavior which is very unacceptable. He refused to provide services, the reason he gave me was not matching my id which is a complete lie. I have very unpleasant experience with him, as manager or as a banker gave me worst customer service, I don’t recommend anyone to go to this branch. I sense it’s a racism and some sort of discrimination. I would give him a zero star. No customer service skills.

  Paul at the PNC Bank Journal Square branch was outstanding—he helped me quickly unfreeze my business account and get everything back on track. He was professional, calm, and truly took ownership of the situation instead of sending me in circles. If you’re in Jersey City and need real help with business banking, ask for Paul.

  Not effective nor efficient service. Seriously some of the tellers try their best. Still there is an imbalance leaving much to be desired.

  Pleasant staff. We in and out within a reasonable time. Keep in mind this is one of the smaller branches.

  If every bank had a manager like Madhumanti Roy at PNC, banking in New Jersey would actually be easy.
