- EPEdyta PajkaSep 9, 20251.0Currently in the middle of a divorce need 5 yrs of statements for lawyers, came to bank to have everything mailed. Deepti tells me no way to mail them I have to download & print from my app when I go on app it only allows me to go back to 2023 she tells me from a computer I’ll be able to go back further 4 accounts for the last 5 years. I asked her to call so I can get them mailed. While calling she asks me if I intend on buying a house Like what?! Oh but they won’t let me use the bathroom either, no bathroom for customers. So after all that they can be mailed after all. Do better PNC. I’ll be closing my accounts
- LTLan Teng-GoonAug 19, 20251.0I didn’t usually go to this Hillsborough branch until they closed the one on 206. What a difference in services! I went to buy Euro for my upcoming trip. Deepti seemed to be in a rush for something. After getting my card and asking how much, she said nothing and kept clicking. I had to get her attention to tell her which account I wanted to pay for the order. When I told her the denomination I would like, she said “no, you can’t, too late.” I was surprised and asked politely if she could change it, “no, I already submitted” What was the rush, lady?!! They used to ask me what denominations I wanted and confirmed all info with me before submitting the order. Now I have all the big bills. If she didn’t like the late appointment then reschedule it. There’s still 30 min to close. I used to go to the Martinville branch and their services were exceptional but they closed that one last yr too! Someone needs to keep an eye on this branch before they lose all the customers.
