- LTLan Teng-GoonAug 19, 20251.0I didn’t usually go to this Hillsborough branch until they closed the one on 206. What a difference in services! I went to buy Euro for my upcoming trip. Deepti seemed to be in a rush for something. After getting my card and asking how much, she said nothing and kept clicking. I had to get her attention to tell her which account I wanted to pay for the order. When I told her the denomination I would like, she said “no, you can’t, too late.” I was surprised and asked politely if she could change it, “no, I already submitted” What was the rush, lady?!! They used to ask me what denominations I wanted and confirmed all info with me before submitting the order. Now I have all the big bills. If she didn’t like the late appointment then reschedule it. There’s still 30 min to close. I used to go to the Martinville branch and their services were exceptional but they closed that one last yr too! Someone needs to keep an eye on this branch before they lose all the customers.
